These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which you may use our website and purchase goods from Playlux Ltd. We have written them in plain language, but they are legally binding. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by these terms.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Playlux website and your purchase of goods from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.

Orders & contract formation
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you and send a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, for example if goods are unavailable, if there is an error in the listing, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Pricing & payment
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. For EU and international orders, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where possible. We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the point of order. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or adverse weather. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title remains with us until full payment has been received.

Returns & refunds
Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order for a full refund (the ‘cooling-off period’). We extend this to 30 days for your peace of mind. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Personalised or bespoke items are exempt from cancellation rights unless faulty. Faulty goods
All Playlux goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of discovery of the fault. We may ask for photographs or the return of the item for inspection. Our five-year craftsmanship guarantee provides additional protection against defects in materials or workmanship.

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Playlux Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. You may print or download content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or purchase of goods shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
